Yes, it will. But Corsairs VS series isn't really recommended, because it's on the low end side of PSUs and isn't THAT safe to use on a gaming system.

I'd choose any tier1/2 PSU from this list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
Just search one up on the site you're using. tier 3 is also okay, if you're on a tight budget but i wouldn't go for a tier 4 PSU.
