Will it work?

Hey guys, so i want to build myself a new pc and i need you to tell me if everything in the build is correct and if it will work. I heard that the g4560 needs a bios update to work and this motherboard doesn't need one, can you confirm that? And if you can tell me if the ram will work with this build.
CPU: Intel Pentium g4560
GPU:AMD Radeon 270x
PSU:500 Watts Cooler Master
Motherboard: asrock b250m-hdv
Ram:Kingston 4GB 2400MHz DDR4 Non-ECC CL17 DIMM 1Rx8, EAN: '740617259636
HDD:Sata 2 1tb

My guess you are re-using old HDD and GPU, right? As for CPU-motherboard-RAM combo, you are good, but let me tell you that only 4 gb of ram will hurt your performance. And that PSU is not the best one, may fall short with that GPU that needs lot of power.

Yep my gpu and hdd are old, im upgrading because of alot of micro-stutter with the x4 840 amd cpu and i was wondering if i will have the same problem with this intel one, because its dual core too
