Hi I have an i7-7700k
Ddr4 hyper X predator 16gb 2x8 3000mhz
Asus prime z270k motherboard
Coolermaster v650 psu
I need to know if I will be able to run the new asus strix 1080 ti oc or original one with these specs

You can run any GPU with that setup. Although you might want to pick up a better quality PSU. Seasonic makes some nice ones.
