I have a Gtx 950, CX500M (corsair) Zaza, z170 extreme 7+ motherboard, and i5-6600k and I'm planning to switch my graphics card to a gtx 1060
so I'm wondering if it will work
I'll assume you meant the GTX 1060 (a ti variant doesn't exist for this card).
If that's the case, then the 1060 will work with no real issue. It's very power efficient having a tdp of 120W.
Are you overclocking your CPU and current GPU?

The CX500 should be enough to provide power to the GTX 1060.
Make sure to remove the drivers of the GtX 950, power down and remove GtX 950.
Install the new GTX 1060 and if the Windows drivers are no up to date use the latest Nvidia drivers.
Yes thats what i meant and no i really dont know how to do that, im afraid i might end up messing up the pc if i do. But if there is anyway of me learning i would try doing it.
