I will get an Rx 460 4gb gddr5 gpu after a few days. I have an AMD fx6300 and a Gigabyte GA78lmt USB3 and a coolermaster 450 watt psu
would it all work??

Cooler Master doesn't make the best power supplies, but the parts will work on your current configuration.
The total power consumption will be under 200W in full load(without OC), so it will work just fine.
