Im looking at the Intel Ark A750

Will it work with the mobo even though the GPU is PCI Express 4.0 x16

Im working on a budget if it wont work im looking for a gpu for 1080p gaming on a 75hz screen

Yes, it will work. PCI-Express is backwards compatible. You only to install a compatible Power supply unit/PSU to power up the system when you install the GPU.

As per Intel's official spec sheet, both the A750 and A770 Limited Edition cards require an 8-pin and a 6-pin PCIe power connector. That ANTEC PSU is of very poor quality.

That's a very low budget unit to be used on iGPU systems, or for simple home/office work. You can't use this to power up the A750. An upgrade is necessary and highly recommended. ANTEC Atom V PSU model is a cheap group regulated Andyson built OEM unit.

Get a HIGH quality PSU. The card is having a TDP of 125 Watts.
