Will it work?

So yesterday I bought a 4Gb Kingston hyperx which is 1.65v but the motherboard im planning to buy states it uses 1.5v Ram http://lv.msi.com/product/mb/H61M-P22--B3-.html#/?div=Detail
So my question is that am I able to use that ram?

I would try it unless the package is unopened. If it's unopened, I would exchange it for some 1.5v ram, and get a matched pair instead of a single stick, so you can run in dual channel mode. 8 gb kits aren't that expensive. Newegg has some gskill for only $30.

If I lower the voltage to 1.5 in BIOS will I have any problems?

Don't know. You'll just have to try it. I've done this with one amd board, and the ram ran well.
