All systems "bottleneck". If they didn't, your CPU. Memory, and graphics card would run at 100% capacity 100% of the time. System Builders have become overly frightened of the term when it truly means an overly unbalanced system.

Low end processor paired with a low/medium end graphics card will bottleneck. To the point that you notice? Not even close.

Don't worry about it.

lol so if i understood you correctly i will have no problems with the gddr3? what about that cpu with a 1gb gddr5?

System memory has nothing to do with graphics card memory. The two are completely separate. If you have the option to choose between the two, a GDDR5 graphics card will perform better than a GDDR3 graphics card (all else being the same).

Isnt the processor supposed to the balanced with the graphics card? intel celeron g540 and amd radeon 1gb gddr5 will work together?

The cpu is capable of generating images at a certain rate.
There are more factors involved, depending on the game.

A graphics card is capable of presenting those images at a certain rate.
Again, there are more factors involved such as resolution.

If there is an imbalance, one will wait on the other. That is inevitable, but only if the difference is very large would one be considered as a "bottleneck"

Of course, they will work together.

Provided that the motherboard you select supports the processor you select and has an available PCI-Ex16 slot, you can match any processor with any PCI-Ex16 graphics card.

However, as I mentioned before, bottlenecks always occur. They only become noticeable when components are overly mis-matched. Yours are not.
