Will KHX1600C9B1R2K/8GX work on a ASUS P8H61-M LX MOBO

The actual Kingston part number is KHX16C9B1RK2/8X I believe (based on information on module label).

This part number is compatible with the Asus P8H61-M LX motherboard. However, if using a second generation CPU, then the memory frequency is limited to 1333 MHz (MT/s) non-overclocked. But the memory frequency limit is 1600 MHz (1600 MT/s) non-overclocked if using a third generation CPU.
