Will Lepa 1600w run all these cards?

I have 4 cards:
(1) Gigabyte GTX 970
(2) MSI Radeon R9 270x's
(1) Radeon HD 7970

Oh and my mb is the Asus 99fx if that matters, I googled but am getting confusing results...

What are you trying to do? Just power them? You can't run all of them in the same machine anyway. You can run up to 4 of the same GPUs in either Crossfire or SLI. So you can run the 970, or both the 270xs, or the 7970, but you cannot run them all anyway. dont think you could fit them without risers anyways so you would need to fab mounting brackets etc

You can run different graphics cards at the same time, just in in crossfire or SLI. An example of this is me using a 7850 for my main display and my integrated intel graphics for my second display at the same time.

As far as windows is concerned, each graphics card is an add on device that requires a driver. As long as the drivers are present, the cards will work.

I dont know why someone would want to do this unless they are running something like Folding@Home where any GPU will work.

This assumes that the drivers play nice together, which they might not. Its certainly not a limitation given by the operating system.

As for your question: the total stated TDP of all your GPUs is 760 watts. So a 1200 watt PSU (good quality one) should do fine.
