hello before asking further more i would like to explain my pc config :
1. Intel core i5 4590
2. Asus B85M gamer mobo
3. Dual channel 2x4 gb ddr3 1333 mhz ram
4.Sapphire Dual X R9 270 OC gpu
5. 128 gb Trnascend ssd 370 + 2tb HDD
6. Thermal A5F atx non brand gaming casing
7.tt smart se 530w psu
i am currently using stock cooler it gets the job done by staying 39 degree at idle and 63 degree on extreme gaming @ 1600x900 resolution , and not to mention intel stock coolers gets dirty overtime so due to such atrocities if i exchange my cpu cooler and move to the affordable CM seidon 120v plus
this one http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-liquid-cooler/seidon-120v-plus/
will it keeps the temp at 30 to 40 max and do u guys think this change will increase cpu's lifespan ?

If you can keep the CPU temps at 65c or lower, then probably not. And even a good air cooler should be able to do that with most Intel and AMD CPU's. That is going to get harder if your CPU is a 125 watt or higher TDP.

I have a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Cooler ($30), and I did replace the fan with a noctua fan, and I have no problems keeping the CPU at 65c max even in the games I play.

If you change to liquid cooling and keep the same settings you do now then yes it will. The part where the answer might be no is if you decide to overclock your CPU BECAUSE you have liquid cooling. I looked at the Intel web site and they don't even have any easily accessible information.

BS!!

As long as you are not constantly running your cpu at 65+ degrees it make no difference to be honest. A good air cooler will keep your cpu good for at least 3 years, at which point you will be upgrading anyway.
