[SOLVED] Will M.2 NVMe SSD affect performance of GTX1060 ?

I have MSI B250M PRO VH motherboard. (1 x PCI-E 3.0 x16 slot.. 2 x PCI-E 3.0 x1 slots. 1 x M.2 slot).
I have a GTX1060 installed on PCIe 3.0 x16 slot.
If i install a NVMe SSD on M.2 Slot .will it affect performance of gpu as it will use 4 PCIe lanes. My CPU is Core i5 7400 which supports max 16 PCIE LANES

If the ssd uses 4 PCIE lanes, how many PCIe Lanes will the GPU will use then?

M.2 slot uses chipset connected PCIE lanes. It doesn't use cpu connected PCIE lanes.
All 16 cpu PCIE lanes will be available to graphics card.
