No. Even though people get OSX to work on PC hardware, it's illegal (for now), and it can be difficult to get all of the parts working correctly.

BTW, Tom's Forums does not consider this a forbidden topic (not like with pirated software or security issues).

I (and others) expressed our opinions that this was wrong, but the decision was that is is okay to discuss OS X being installed on non-Apple hardware if the user legitimately purchases an OS X license.

its not illegal. its just against apples EULA(End User Legal Agreement) and they could potentially bring a civil suite against you.
