will micro-ATX motherboard fit onto ATX case?

Will my motherboard (Hewlett-Packard 1495, Small form factor) fit into an mid-tower ATX case (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352020)? I can't stand having to stick with low profile video cards are am wanting to upgrade my video card and also the power supply is too low at 240 Watts.
