Question Will more fans cool my graphics card?

If I replace and add better quality case fans, will they also cool down my graphics card with my cpu?

? I have a phanteks eclipse p400s case with an MSI Z390A-PRO, I have an Rx 580 gaming x 8gb (I feel like replacing it later) on the top graphics card slot. I am thinking of adding 2 140mm case fan on the front to intake, and one 120mm for cpu exhaust, and another 140mm on the top to exhaust.
