ASRock H61M-HVGS motherboard
Intel Core i3 2nd Gen 3.30Ghz Processor.

Will Msi Gforce GTX1050 ti 4GB Run on my computer
(Will it dcreace any Performence in PCI-E 2.0 & DDR3 ? )

What is your PSU wattage? Your i3 may bottleneck it as it is a 2nd gen, but not too much considering it is 1050i. It really depends on your PSU wattage.

220 V may be enough. I presume the 500 GT in the name stands for 500 W? If so, it should be good. However, I have not heard of that brand before so I recommend upgrading the PSU to a reputed brand such as EVGA, Corsair etc and making sure it at the very least has a 80+ Bronze rating.
