Will MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G fit in my Bitfenix Nova

Will MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G fit in my Bitfenix Nova? Im little bit scared will it fit, the case max is 320mm/140mm and that MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G Card Dimensions are (mm) 277 x 140 x 35

and what i can say i can fit max 160mm CPU Cooler in it.. i have noctua nh-u12s PSU Cooler and its so so so fitted in it, its almost touching to the window.. so im little bit scared will this MSI GPU fit in my case?

yeah you should have no problem fitting in the msi gtx 970 into the bitfenix nova.
