I used this system for a long time and I want to get a new graphics card.

1070 would be okay in your system.

As i can see though,i would suggest to change your RAM slots at first,if not having any problems with the PSU.But i'm sure your PSU will do great. So i would say,go for the faster RAM upgrade.

I don’t think his RAM is an issue. He has 16GB (more than enough) running at 1600MHz (DDR = double data rate = 802MHz x 2 = 1600MHz). Inte chips are not designed like Ryzen and do not benefit as much from faster RAM. DDR3 1600 is plenty fast enough for any game out there and you could probably overclock your RAM in the BIOS to 1866MHz if you wanted to.

So, the GTX 1070 will work fine and my only suggestion would be to look into buying a new PSU down the road.
