1) Would it be causing any performance issues like sudden FPS drop or low FPS as compared to high end boards like Z170s?If so then how much ? (Around 2fps?)
2) Will there be any overheating issues with the motherboard at stock clocks?
3) Also if I try to OC the CPU through baseclock to 3.8 GHz and the GPU to 1500MHz (Core),will this MOBO be able to cope up with that?

Solution
No it won't cause any issues. It is not going to OC your cpu though. Do not even try.

The H110 just lacks some features and connectivity. I would at least get a B150 for the extra USB 3.0 and sata III ports.

What if I OC the CPU by adjusting bclk?

And what if I only OC the GPU?

well.. it will not cause any issue with your cpu and gpu
but, h110 motherboard didnt support cpu overclocking
if you are looking for the cpu overclocking, you may need z170 motherboard, and also a K series cpu!
but you can also be free to overclocking the gpu as well!
