[SOLVED] Will multiple processors compensate for overall GHz?

I want to run SolidWorks, which requires a 3.3GHz processor. I currently have a Dell Inspiron with 8 Intel i7-8565U processors which each run 1.8GHz. Will the multiple processors allow me to run SolidWorks? I guess I am asking if my total processing power is 8x1.8=14.4GHz, or is it still limited to 1.8GHz? Thank you in advance fro the help!

Your i7-8565U is not "8 processors".
It is 8 cores.
And it doesn't add like that anyway.

And the base freq is 1.80GHz. It self boosts up to 4.60GHz.

SolidWorks should run just fine.
