The card will need 20A, the CPU won't need nearly that much, 15A tops. Those are AC power draws on that graph...

so let me revise here: OCing this CPU to 5Ghz adds 150W to the overall power consumption, so it is safe to assume this 150W(12A) difference is almost used entirely by the OCed CPU right? (quoting from the site "Load Power Consumption: For this test, we want to only stress the CPU, so use the smallfft stress test of Prime95 to fully load all available processors (logical as well as physical).
max TDP of the CPU 3.7Ghz (not OCed) is 95W(8A)
so that means the total load of the OCed CPU is 20A (although i belive it will be about 18A)
CPU's power cannot be neglected when calculating the required power on the +12V rail. even when the CPU is not OCed, its max TDP is about 95W (8A).
and in general, leaving some headroom is important when deciding on the PSU, even if no future upgrades were planned.
