will my 500w odyssey psu work on my new rig???

In my old pc i have a 500w smps of odyssey which have never bottleneck mine rig and works very silently and i want to use it in my new. Is it possible...
My old rig:
pentium 4 2.40 Ghz processor
intel 915g motherboard
2 gb ddr2 ram
160gb IDE hdd
lg optical drive
no gfx card...

My new rig will be:
Intel core i3 4130 processor
Asus H81 M-K m/b
4GB ddr3 ram
1TB WD hdd
Lg optical drive
Amd radeon hd 7770 OR GTX 750 2GB DDR5

HOPE anyone can help me ....

Never use an old PSU in a new rig, and added to that the fact that your current one is low quality, you definately must get a new PSU from a decent brand.
