Will my AMD FX 9370 bottleneck a GTX 1070?

Hey guys. I have an AMD FX 9370 and I want to know if it bottlenecks the card at all. Also I have an ASROCK 990FX EXTREME9 Motherboard and I want to know if my system is good enough for a GTX 1070.
Also tell me if my CPU and Motherboard can handle a GTX 1070 Overclocked.

Mate, first stop using this "bottlenecking" nonsense
If what is important for you, is 100% GPU utilization, than your system might be not good enough depending on your monitor.
Your CPU will not bottleneck GTX 1070 on 4K and 3440x1440 monitors.
On 1080p monitor, you will see lower than 99% GPU usage in some games - it will be way over 100FPS though.
