Will my build run games smoothly?

This is my final build, want to know if it will run games such as bf4,bf3,fallout4, cs go, tf2, ac syndicate smoothly and at how many fps could i get from my build.

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card

You should be able to run those games very nicely, however, you should get a higher quality PSU. Would hate for you to lose your good parts to a crappy PSU.:

Yours is Tier 4, you should get a Tier 1 or 2 for the setup you listed.

I chose EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply. Would it be good for gaming and overclocking?

You will get plenty of fps with that setup at 1080P.

Yeah, that one is more than enough..which is good, leaves you plenty of room for future upgrades/expansion.
