as far as i can tell it will, but i'm new at this and wanted to check if there is anything wrong/could be improved with minimal cost:

Thermaltake BlacX Edition V9 Hot Swap USB 3.0 Mid Tower Case

MSI Z97A Gaming 6 USB 3.1 Motherboard

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 Windforce OC 4GB

Intel Core i5 4460

Seagate Barracuda 3TB ST3000DM001

G.Skill Sniper F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3

Samsung 850 EVO Series 120GB SSD

Silverstone Strider 550W Gold ST55F-G

Yes your config will absolutely fit in that Thermaltake Case. Happy PC Building!

I would suggest you to get a Z97 Motherboard only if going to do any of these:

- Future SLI of GTX 970
(or)
- Upgrade from the locked 4460 to an unlocked 4690K or 4770K or 4790K
(or)
- Both

Otherwise, a nice H97 board will be enough, which will save you some money.

But if you still want to go with a Z97 board, then instead of MSI, I would suggest you to get a similar Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 5 or Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 7, If you're looking for quality and longevity.
