You have paired an unlocked "K" CPU with a MB that is a B85 chipset, which is not OC capable. You need to either get a Z87 chipset MB (like the one in my sig) or save a few bucks and get a Non-K CPU.

Your PSU is good enough, as long as your other components aren't too demanding. You could upgrade, but they are just suggesting most likely because of your graphics card. And Yogi isn't right, that is OC compatible. It has Genie 4 so you can start over clocking in 1 second
