Will my card fit on my mobo and work

So i got an ASRock G41C-GS which supports Dx10 i think and i want to upgrade from my GTX 280 to a R9 270x 4G OC or a eVGA GTX 950 SSC 2Gb. Can they have Dx10 on them or can my mobo have Dx11 on it? Sorry for bad english

Yeah it will work fine. As long as your motherboard has a PCI-e slot, (which it does) it will work.
