I want to get a micro atx case. I was thinking of this one:

Samsung 850 EVO 120GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD
Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB DUAL DVI-D/HDMI/DP TRI-X OC Version PCI-Express Graphics Card

Could this fit? Also, would I need a cpu cooler? If so, any recommendations. I don't want one that is too large for micro-mid-size case.

Your motherboard is ATX size so if you want micro atx, you need to change to a micro atx motherboard.

So you you want an ATX or micro atx. You linked a micro atx case.

That case Sentey SS1-2430 support up to a micro atx motherboards. It will not fit a ATX motherboard. And I would not put a R9 290 in that case. You want a case that has enough space for decent airflow.
