That requires removing the coolers from the card and disassembling the cooler. You will most certainly void your warranty if you do that. The removable of the heatsinks on the motherboard will void the motherboard warranty. The color change on the RAM will void your warranty even if removing the heat spreaders doesn't immediately void the warranty.

Generally speaking, any kind of modifications to your hardware can, and usually do, void your warranty. Painting components will most definitely do so.
