[SOLVED] Will my computer be able to out out 144hz

I was just wondering if my computer will be able to output 144hz. I am thinking about buying a 144hz monitor. The computer I have is https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NP2vmq

Not at 1080 with maxed details. The 1060 can barely handle 60FPS under those conditions. No way it will do 144.
