I want to upgrade my Graphics card from an amd radeon hd 6450 to a MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti GAMING Twin Frozr IV OC 2GB GDDR5 128-bit my specs are : Intel xeon x3360, 16 gb ram motherboard from dell optiplex and amd hd 6450. My graphics card (hd 6450) is small i mean it fits in the slot and the one i want to get is bigger than this one. can you help me if it will it or recommend me another graphics card ? I don't have a good power supply because my budget is limited.

You make no mention of your Optiplex model number or PSU.

You'll need to find the technical guidebook for your model. As it sometimes lists the maximum wattage of the PCIe slot. Which could be anywhere from 30W to 75W. If you can't find that. Then you have to find out which GPU options your model had. Look up the watts for them to get an idea of the maximum watts the computer can handle with a factory PSU.

The 750 Ti clocks in at 75W through the PCIe slot. Some also need an auxillary PCIe power connector for more power. If you want to play it safe. Get a GT 1030 as they are under 30W. Which is almost identical the the Radeon HD 6450. The next step up is an RX 550 which comes around 45W.

Both the GT 1030 and RX 550 are major upgrades to the Radeon HD 6450. The Rx 550 is a little faster than GT 1030 and close to the 750 Ti. The GT 1030 is a little slower than a 750 Ti but not by much. The GT 1030 should work no problem. The Rx 550 may be pushing your PSU. But is probably fine.
