Will my CPU be ok with this accident?

I just got my first new CPU from US. It suppose to be able to handle a 115v or 230v. Our country's standard is 220v but i still bought a AVR that has 230v socket. I plugged in the cpu in the avr and turned it on. Suprisingly the cpu immediatly turned off together with the avr. The avr fuse was blown. Turns out there is a little red switch in the CPU where you can switch to 115v and 230v. When i turned it on it was placed on 115v. I siwtched it to 230v and directly plugged it into a wall socket(220v). Sadly the cpu wont power up anymore.

Questions: Is my cpu now damaged? Or will it get fixed by getting the PSU or its fuse replaced? Or is everything inside damaged already?

Please tell me it will still get fixed.

This is the PSU

I've seen this happen a few times for folks that visit Asia, forget to check their PSU switch, and...POOF!

Everytime the PSU is all that was affected...

You will know for sure once you swap it, but, I'd bet you 3 rupees you will probably be ok after a PSU swap... :)

But then are the cpu components safe? Will changing the PSU get the CPU back to its good state?
