Will my CPU bottleneck my GPU? i5-3340 and a GTX 970 Reference

I have already ordered the graphics card because all I have at the minute is an MSI GT 630 and I want to play newer games, so even if bottlenecked it's an improvement. I'm just wondering whether I should look for a new CPU in time to come

You will run much better than you think,
Enjoy your GTX970.

In the mean time, to satisfy your question,
Run your games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.
