will my cpu bottleneck my gpu??

hy iam going to buy a r9 270x saphier vapor-x wich is pretty good and will play games like bf4 on ultra on my 1366x768 screen resolution but i have an intel core 2 duo e7500 and its overcloacked to 3.2 ghz so will this limit the power of the gpu and decrease the framerate or will it be over 40 fps??

Yes your CPU will bottleneck the R9 270x. You might be able to get 40 fps on single player but multiplayer will struggle badly.
When the Battlefield4 Mantle update is released sometime in December for AMD graphics cards it might help as it is supposed to take the strain off the CPU but until it's released it's impossible to tell how effective it will be for you.

In today's games you really do need to get a quad core. Even the intel i3 with hyperthreading has shown signs of being out of date on a couple of the latest titles.
