Will my CPU bottleneck my GPU?

CPU: AMD FX-6350
GPU: Gigabyte GV-N780OC-3GD OC Windforce 3X

I am thinking of mby buying insted AMD FX-8350?
Is 8350 good vs intels i5?
I am thinking of using the PC for streaming and gaming.

PS. Is Intel better then AMD?

For gaming, even Intel's i3 beats the FX8350 in many games... most games heavily favor single-threaded performance.

The FX6350 should still be decent most of the time. Throwing more cores is not going to help you much in games so if your FX6350 is giving you performance issues, the FX8350 is unlikely to fare much better.

Yes, that CPU would bottleneck that GPU. A better combo, and probably similar in price, would be an i5 4440 with an R9 290.
