I want to upgrade my gpu. I saw a sapphire rx470 nitro+ and a evga gtx 1060. I have a amd a10 7800 as cpu. My question was if any of these Will get bottlenecked or not. And the gpu to take

Depends on what game you play. But generally, yes.

You can always just get the GPU and try it, then upgrade your CPU later if you aren't happy with it's performance.

I've seen countless number of threads of people in your situation, with the same processor. Time and time again, the best GPU recommended is the gtx 1050ti.
