Will my cpu bottleneck my new graphics card?

I have a q9300
8gb corsair ram
560 Ti (pending)

Will I be able to run BF3 at high/ultra 1080p

That should be fine, i think that should play at ultra high settings.

yep it will bottleneck your gpu, you may be able to fix that if you overclock the cpu @ 3.2ghz, at least this overclock will let you play between medium to high settings. Also you should take in consideration the speed of your ram which I ignore, as factor of bottleneck. To give you a better approximation post the specs of your pc.
