Will my CPU bottleneck this GPU ?

My cpu is E2180 (OC'ed to 2.6GHz , Can't go further) and currently I have a gt 210
If I get a gt 1030 , Will it get bottlenecked ?

Not any more than it already is. As I'm sure you've found out already, that cpu can't handle cpu intensive new games, the upgraded gpu won't change that, but will be better for lower cpu intensity stuff you already use.
