I doubt that your cpu will bottleneck the 750 GPU now for example if you added a 970 or 980 or a r 380 to a system with that cpu yes those would be bottlenecked.

The 750 card isn't that high end to begin with its entry level card for gaming and power savings for systems with lower Power supply units it wouldn't bottleneck your system.
