The "
31mm" shown in the specifications of the Gammaxx 400 is
not the RAM height clearance. It is simply only the height measured from the copper base to the bottom of the heatsink's aluminium fins.
The Trident Z RAMs (at
44mm height)
will still fit alongside the Gammaxx 400, on a typical motherboard layout (just check how close the RAM slots are to the CPU cooler's fan).
