[SOLVED] Will my CPU cooler for my I3 10100F work for an I7 10700K too? If not what new cooler should I get?

Not really, what cooler are you using for the i3?

As for recommendations, Noctua D15 if hsf. Im not much into water cooling but bet there'd be top recommendations for 10700k though already listed.

My case is segotep sg-l2b, I have two front fans and one at the back.

What you are looking for is 160mm available height so you can install a good twin tower cooler.

Your case has 160mm headroom and will work with a NH-D15s. Most other good coolers are 160mm.
For safety, give it to a tech to do the job.
It is not so difficult to do, but one needs to be very careful when inserting a new cpu into the motherboard socket. If you smoosh the chip around to get it seated, you will likely damage motherboard pins.

A D15S is liable to be pretty expensive, going by the emag link.

I can't be sure it'll fit either; in a perfect world, it would fit, but...
So I used partpicker to find 159mm and shorter models to be on the safe side.
