i want to buy a 290X/390/390X

my CPU is an Intel core I5 3450
and i have Gigabytes of 1600 MHZ DDR3 RAM
i want to uprgrade from my 7870.

my Questions are
1: which one do i buy and what brand?
2: will the Card be Bottlenecked by the CPU
3: if i need to buy a New CPU, which one do i buy?

There won't be a bottleneck, i5 3450 is sufficient gaming performer.

Have you consider gtx 970? It might be also a solid option for 1080p gaming - power efficient/same performance as r9 390.
Anyway i'd pick r9 390, among these 3 GPUs.
