Will my cpu handle the graphics card i want?

I am running an AMD FX6300 3.5 ghz 6 core with 16 gigs of ram will i be able to run a GTX 770 without any issues? if so im just curious what would be the highest end card i can run "i dont have the budget to buy the highest end i would just like to know out of curiosity " skip all the ATI cards i only buy nvidia stuff.

Do you have an aftermarket cooler on your CPU?
It would benefit you in some games if you overclocked your CPU with the Nvidia GTX770.

the fx6300 is a fine gaming cpu, it won't hold back your system.
