Will my CPU have enough energy?

So my new rig is
Phenom II 945 AM3
MA77OT-UD3P Gigabyte mobo
a stick of 2gb OCZ ram running at 1666mhz I think 1.8volts
Diamond Viper ATI Radeon HD 3850
40gb sata western digital (i know that's nothing but I don't need a lot of space for what i do)
DVD+CD-RW sony
5 case fans
4 led lights

Would that all power pretty well on this Power Supply?

i would problably go with a 650watt and plus.
I good company that sells power supplies is Ultra.

Ultra is junk. Antec or Corsair is the way to go.

Ok next time I upgrae my video card I'll get a better PSU I have an Antec in an old agp build and works everyday with ease.

It's probably the best dirt-cheap brand, but you won't see anyone in here recommending any dirt-cheap brand, not even the best.

Do yourself a favor and buy a decent PSU from a certified brand.

Yes, it will probably work.
I would recommend against it, though.
Look into a qualtiy Corsair, Seasonic, Enermax, PCP&C or Antec Earthwatts PSU.
Even This Corsair 400w PSU would be a much better option and it only costs $45 after MIR.

Needs more RAM. Especially if you plan to run Vista. Also, 40gb hard drive? Way to small. That will fill up incredibly quick.
