Will my CPU(i7 860) bottle neck with GTX 660

As long as it is overclocked it shouldn't be a problem.

You should be fine with a 660, even at stock speeds. You need to be getting up into the GTX 960/R9 380 range before you'd really start to get hit with a major CPU bottleneck.
