PC Specs:
AMD A6-3650 Quad 2.6 GHz
AMD Radeon HD 7750
8 GB RAM

I just checked on Can You Run It, and everything checks out fine on minimum settings, except the CPU. It recommends I upgrade because minimum is AMD Phenom X4 9750. Even though my CPU is 2.6 GHz and that is 2.4 GHz. I know GHz aren't the only thing that matters; I also checked a comparison between the two CPUs and MY CPU came out better than the Phenom. Does that just mean Can You Run It doesn't recognize my CPU as being better? Also, what kind of settings can I expect to be running the game at?

Solution
Your CPU should be able to play the game fine.
Your should expect medium to mid range high settings.
I wouldn't put it on full settings as you may find yourself having too much lag.
Hope this helps!

Check on "Task manager" that your CPU utilization isn't spiking otherwise check you have the latest version as there may be some bugs.

"tried 6 cracks" lol that is something that you defiantly shouldn't say in this forum.
your Pc is below the requirements for the game to run.... So no hope in cracks there
