A hyper 212 is no where near adequate to cool a 220w cpu. There are very few tower coolers(noctua d15, cryorog r1) that I would even attempt to use. Most use a 240mm or larger aio water cooler or a custom water loop. Barring a sale your liklybto be droppingvatleast $100 on a cpu that will adequately cool that cpu.

Looks like it is on the cpu support list, Odd they say 125w in the specs. However it only uses an 8 phase vrm(6+2), I wouldn't suggest running a 220w cpu on that. Any reason why you are wanting a cpu that works better as a space heater? For what the cpu, a proper motherboard and a massive cooler costs you can usually get a faster Intel that uses less power a d produces less heat. But if it must be AMD wait for Zen or just get an 8370e and overclock.

here's the cooler I'm getting with my CPU Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212-evo/

and the case has room for 1 front fan, 1 rear fan, 1 side fan, 2 top fans
