Will my current build be able to handle Battlefield 4?

Hello,

I bought Battlefield 4 for my PC and I was wondering how it would run (on what settings) when the massive installation finishes. I'm guessing low/medium settings but I don't know for sure.
My specs are:

AMD FX 6300 3.5GHZ
4GB DDR3 1333
Geforce 9800GTX+ 512mb
1TB 7200rpm HDD
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

I will eventually purchase a Radeon HD 7950 and double my ram, but for now this will have to do.
Any help will be appreciated!

I expect 1080p low should be fine for about 40fps? The 9800GTX performs about the same as the 7750
