Question Will my current system set up produce triple digit FPS with a 144hz monitor addition?

I want to buy a 144hz monitor, but want to be sure that my system that I have already will produce triple digit FPS for that monitor.

According to DirectX Diagnostic Tool, My current set up:

Your FPS depends on the program or the game.

Download Afterburner or any program that monitors your FPS and see what you FPS is now. Then you will know.
