Will my Dell precision tower 3420 motherboard 8k0x7 fit on a ATX case?

I have a Dell Precision Tower 3420, and i want to transfer the parts of it in an ATX case so I can upgrade the gpu and psu without lacking of space. Do you think that this motherboard fit in an ATX case? The mobo is 8k0x7 model. Thanks in advance.

That is a proprietary layout. What specific case are you considering? Also, pay close attention to the front panel connections. Many Dells, including Precisions, often use Dell specific connectors so getting to work in a standard case can be a challenge.
